The champ program is aimed at top university and MBA graduates:

» You graduated with an above-average cumulative grade point average.

» You speak fluent English and a second foreign language.

» You gained experience abroad while getting your degree (you either
   spent a semester abroad or completed an internship abroad).

» Preferably, you even have an additional qualification, like an MBA, your
   PhD or previous professional training.

» You are mobile.
