College Recruiting Process
Celanese conducts initial interviews on campuses during the fall semester. Our recruitment teams schedule dates to visit each of our target campuses; they participate in career fairs, conduct information sessions and then post notices to attract qualified candidates. Look for notices in your campus newspaper, career counseling placement center and other locations.

When our recruitment team arrives, they will conduct interviews over several days depending on the number of candidates. You will be asked to provide a resume and an official transcript of courses. Based on these interviews, candidates may be invited to make a site visit. The Human Resources department at each site will arrange your visit/interview.

Plant visitors can expect:

• A plant tour
• Orientation
• An interview with managers and potential team members
• A meeting with Human Resources to review benefits, relocation, etc.

Following your visit you will be contacted regarding the status of your application.
